Cristine’s 30-year career in talent strategy services and software spans the debut of eLearning and Learning Management Systems to current experience with XR and AI. Prior to Synthology, Cristine founded and led Intrac an EdTech consulting company for 21 years. In 2020, she joined partner company Future State which was acquired by Accenture, and facilitated people integration as a Managing Director. She brings executive experience selling, designing, implementing enterprise talent management programs in the US, Europe, and Asia. Cristine has a master’s degree in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology (EdTech) from University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies from University of Richmond.

Greg joined Synthology in January 2024, bringing over 30 years of cross-functional leadership experience in operational and strategic planning, organizational design, talent development and management, procurement, and business transformation. He retired from the Army as a Colonel in 2023 after 34 years of service. His last role was Director of Strategic Resource Planning and Integration at West Point, overseeing the Academy’s long-term modernization plan. His Infantry assignments included the 82nd Airborne Division, 25th Infantry Division, and 2nd Infantry Division. Transitioning to Operations Research/Systems Analysis, he served nearly two years in Iraq and Afghanistan, leading innovative staff alignment and theater-level assessment strategies for combat efficiency. He holds a a PhD in industrial engineering from Clemson University, an MS in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech, an MA in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College and BS from West Point.

An Academy Professor at West Point, Greg is passionate about systems thinking, continuous improvement, leader development, and building high-performing teams. He is a mediocre golfer, passionate woodworker, devoted husband, and dad to three great kids and two dogs.

He has developed learning organizations in such diverse industries as SaaS (Intralinks, Greenhouse Software, CloudSense, Asana) to utilities and manufacturing (Marmon Utility) and financial services (SVB). In his most recent capacity at Accenture, he designed and led coaching enabled change and leadership strategies. Ben is a current Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University Teachers College where he also teaches Executive and Organizational Coaching.

Lynette joined Synthology in 2024 bringing over 20+ years of experience starting as an independent consultant, building, growing and selling an employee-owned consulting firm, Future State to working for one of the big 5 global Consulting companies, Accenture. Her experience spans empowering teams to deliver human-centered transformation solutions in Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Leadership, Coaching, Learning and Development across multiple industry clients including Pharma, BioTech, High-Tech and the public sector. She has a degree in psychology and has served on the Leadership team and on the board in multiple women-led companies.

Passionate about creating awesome experiences at work with people she loves to work with and serve. Mom of two wonderful young men, an avid mountain biker, and loves to travel the world to experience diverse cultures.

Dominic has a 20+ year career working in sales support, operations, and finance, mostly in the entertainment industry. He served as an original member of CBS Television’s Digital Distribution team, which negotiated a first-and-only of its kind licensing agreement with Netflix for the international rights to *Star Trek: Discovery*. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting with start-up firm Growthink. Throughout his career, he’s strived for constant improvement and has led many process efficiency task forces. Dominic graduated Academic All-Ivy in Football from Columbia University and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University.

Passionate about and evangelist for the neutral thinking mindset. Former football and rugby player, current rugby coach, advisor to Synthology, husband to Jennifer, and father of four.

Her client roster includes global brands (Google, Meta, JD Power), growth-stage disruptors (Planet, Babylist, Tile), and public sector orgs (Spare the Air, SF Public Utilities Commission, La Cocina). Previously, she was a Senior Director of Brand at Okta, a Senior Consultant at Interbrand, and VP of Business Development at a global eye care nonprofit. She has an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA in anthropology and creative writing from Columbia University.

She later joined Wapic Insurance Plc as Head of Operations and Administration. After relocating to the United States in 2019, Sade quickly advanced her career, first at Charles Schwab and also at ADT Security Services. Karen Hovorka is an accomplished consultant with over twenty years of cross-industry talent consulting, strategy, operational delivery, and HR project management experience with Mercer, Korn Ferry, and Accenture. Her representative client engagements include HR strategic and operational assessment and optimization, services delivery operating model and organizational design, process design, technology assessment, and RFP/vendor selection, and she also specializes in talent acquisition strategy, process, and technology. She has extensive experience leading large, geographically dispersed multi-stream project engagements. Earlier in her career, she was an HR and talent acquisition leader, working in both F500 and start up companies.

Karen is passionate about collaborating with HR and business leaders to co-create and implement talent solutions that enhance employee experience and performance to achieve business objectives.

Karen earned a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys skiing, hiking, and boating with family and friends in her home in Lake Tahoe.

His diverse experience includes serving as an Agile Coach with Roche Pharma, where he led transformational initiatives. A business graduate based in India, Abdul founded “Consultant Partners,” to provide research, analysis, content, and design services.

Passionate and devoted father to his 1.5-year-old son, Ayaan, and a supportive husband to his wife, Nisha. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading and cherishing moments with his family.

The constant throughout Brian’s career has been building and organizing great teams and developing his leaders to help them achieve exceptional results. Brian is most proud of starting and helping grow companies that have made a significant impact on others’ well-being.
