Cristine’s 30-year career in talent strategy services and software spans the debut of eLearning and Learning Management Systems to current experience with XR and AI. Prior to Synthology, Cristine founded and led Intrac an EdTech consulting company for 21 years. In 2020, she joined partner company Future State which was acquired by Accenture, and facilitated people integration as a Managing Director. She brings executive experience selling, designing, implementing enterprise talent management programs in the US, Europe, and Asia. Cristine has a master’s degree in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology (EdTech) from University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies from University of Richmond.

Greg joined Synthology in January 2024, bringing over 30 years of cross-functional leadership experience in operational and strategic planning, organizational design, talent development and management, procurement, and business transformation. He retired from the Army as a Colonel in 2023 after 34 years of service. His last role was Director of Strategic Resource Planning and Integration at West Point, overseeing the Academy’s long-term modernization plan. His Infantry assignments included the 82nd Airborne Division, 25th Infantry Division, and 2nd Infantry Division. Transitioning to Operations Research/Systems Analysis, he served nearly two years in Iraq and Afghanistan, leading innovative staff alignment and theater-level assessment strategies for combat efficiency. He holds a a PhD in industrial engineering from Clemson University, an MS in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech, an MA in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College and BS from West Point.

An Academy Professor at West Point, Greg is passionate about leader development, systems thinking, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams. He is a mediocre golfer and angler, a passionate woodworker, a devoted husband to an incredible wife, and dad to three amazing kids and two dogs.

In his most recent capacity at Accenture, he designed and led coaching enabled change and leadership strategies. Ben is a current Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University Teachers College where he also teaches Executive and Organizational Coaching.

Her experience spans empowering teams to deliver human-centered transformation solutions in Recruiting, Onboarding, HR, Leadership, Coaching, Learning and Development across multiple industry clients including Pharma, BioTech, High-Tech and the public sector. She has a degree in psychology and has served on the Leadership team and on the board in multiple women-led companies.

Passionate about creating awesome experiences at work with people she loves to work with and serve. Mom of two wonderful young men, an avid mountain biker, and loves to travel the world to experience diverse cultures.

As an advisor to Synthology, Eddy provides strategic business and legal guidance. In addition to his role with Synthology, he heads the corporate transactional practice at Newman LLP, a law firm specializing in internet, technology, advertising, and intellectual property. Edward earned his Economics degree from UC Berkeley and his JD from NYU School of Law. Passionate about streamlining legal matters so businesses can run efficiently. Dedicated husband, father of two, and CEO of a nonprofit travel baseball program providing opportunities for boys and girls in Berkeley and the surrounding areas.
