Cristine’s 30-year career in talent strategy services and software spans the debut of eLearning and Learning Management Systems to current experience with XR and AI. Prior to Synthology, Cristine founded and led Intrac an EdTech consulting company for 21 years. In 2020, she joined partner company Future State which was acquired by Accenture, and facilitated people integration as a Managing Director. She brings executive experience selling, designing, implementing enterprise talent management programs in the US, Europe, and Asia. Cristine has a bachelor’s degree in Leadership Studies from University of Richmond and a master’s degree in Curriculum Design and Instructional Technology (EdTech) from University of Virginia.

Janet Eden-Harris

Janet has had a long career in technology, spanning both executive leadership as CEO of a venture-backed marketing platform company Umbria, to roles as EVP of Marketing and Strategy for public companies Aspect Development, i2 Technologies and and for growth companies IRI, Inc, as well as providing executive consulting for a variety of high tech companies through her consulting practice. Her most recent experience has been as Chief Revenue Officer for Campminder, a SaaS software platform for camp and events venues. Janet graduated cum laude with a BA from the University of Oregon.

Brian’s 25+ year career as a technology leader includes product and marketing leadership roles for both public companies (Telxon Corp, Siebel Systems, SunPower, and Bottomline Technologies) and start-ups (PowerLight, Causata, Vlocity, BankSight, and Ridgeline). The constant throughout Brian’s career has been building and organizing great teams and developing his leaders to help them achieve exceptional results. Brian is most proud of starting and helping grow companies that have made a significant impact on others’ well-being.
Brian graduated cum laude with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business. Brian co-founded Synthology, LLC with Cristine Lipscomb in early 2023.

Scott Pinizzotto

Scott Pinizzotto is Senior Investment Director for ENGIE New Ventures, the corporate venture arm of the ENGIE Group, investing in energy decarbonization. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Director of Corporate Development and Product Management at Ecova, a North American energy services business unit of ENGIE. Scott has 25+ years of experience defining, developing and launching new products and services in energy, sustainability and consumer products. Prior to Ecova, Scott held various roles with Amazon.com, Indian Motorcycle and Sony Electronics in addition to founding Brondell, a home products company.
Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and obtained his MBA from University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Kathy has managed many finance team transitions seamlessly while providing interim CFO and special finance support to a plethora of companies including SalesForce, Netflix, Twitter, 23&Me, and OpenSea. Ben has a 15+ year career developing adults and their organizations to achieve business results using modern adult learning and coaching approaches. He has developed learning organizations in such diverse industries as SaaS (Intralinks, Greenhouse Software, CloudSense, Asana) to utilities and manufacturing (Marmon Utility) and financial services (SVB). In his most recent capacity at Accenture, he designed and led coaching enabled change and leadership strategies. Ben is a current Doctoral Candidate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Columbia University Teachers College where he also teaches Executive and Organizational Coaching.

Paul Savage

Paul Savage has 40+ years of experience as a technology executive spanning leadership roles across sales, account management, services, and support. Over his career Paul has taken great pride in developing talent with numerous protégé’s and mentees rising to senior leadership roles in other firms.
For the past 23 years Paul has served in executive roles in the Financial Services industry. He currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Payments & Cash Management Solutions at Bottomline Inc in Portsmouth NH.
Prior to joining Bottomline in 2014, Paul held a variety of executive leadership positions at other technology companies including Hewlett Packard, Broadvision, S1, and ACI.
Paul holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Education from Salem State University.

Dominic Riebli

Dominic has a 20+ year career working in sales support, operations, and finance, mostly in the entertainment industry. He served as an original member of CBS Television’s Digital Distribution team, which negotiated a first-and-only of its kind licensing agreement with Netflix for the international rights to Star Trek: Discovery. Prior to that, he worked in strategy consulting with start-up firm Growthink. Throughout his career, he’s strived for constant improvement and has led many process efficiency task forces. Dominic graduated Academic All-Ivy in Football from Columbia University and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University.
